We run pre-booking campaigns that target the right attendees, decision-makers, and local prospects so your diary is filled with qualified appointments before the event starts. The result is a measurable ROI from your exhibition spend rather than a pile of business cards and optimistic follow-up intentions.
Four to six weeks before the event is the ideal window. Earlier than 6 weeks and meeting requests are easy to ignore or forget. Later than 3 weeks and diaries are filling up. If you have less than 4 weeks before your event, contact us anyway — we've run compressed campaigns in 2–3 weeks with good results, though the list build and sequence length need to be adapted.
Pricing is bespoke and depends on the size of the target list, the number of outreach channels (email only vs. email + LinkedIn + calling), and whether post-event follow-up setup is included. Most pre-booking campaigns land in the Foundation tier — £3k–£8k. We scope and quote after a short call and a brief on your event and target audience.
Sometimes. Some events publish attendee lists or exhibitor lists. Others make them available to exhibitors on request. Where event-sourced lists aren't available, we build from sector-specific data sources targeting the types of companies that attend the event, supplemented by LinkedIn targeting for confirmed attendees who announce their attendance publicly.
Event details (name, date, venue, sector focus), your target ICP (or we use your existing ICP definition), your available meeting slots at the event, and a 60-minute kick-off call to align on messaging and goals. If you have a previous attendee list or warm contacts from prior events, those feed directly into the outreach list.
All contacts and meeting outcomes are uploaded to your CRM within 24 hours of the event closing. Pre-booked contacts who attended their meeting move into the post-event follow-up sequence immediately. Contacts who booked but didn't show get a dedicated re-engagement sequence. Stand contacts captured during the event (badge scans, business cards) can be added to the follow-up flow if you also want our Post-Event Follow-Up Engine service.
