One-off event setups land in the Foundation tier — £3k–£8k. Multi-event systems with a reusable framework cost more upfront but significantly less per event. We scope and quote after a short call.

We work with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, and Monday. The lead capture and segmentation process is configured to match your CRM's structure. If you don't currently use a CRM, we can recommend a lightweight option that supports the follow-up workflow.
The 14-day post-event pipeline report covers: total leads captured, segmentation breakdown, follow-up completion rate, meetings booked, meetings completed, and pipeline value created. Comparing this to total event cost (stand, build, travel, staff time) gives you a clear cost-per-qualified-meeting and cost-per-pipeline-opportunity figure — the numbers needed to justify the next event budget.
